1. System Modification Service With our own programmer team, we will provide modification service for any additional system requirement within the required period.

2. Implementation Consultancy Service Upon request by the users, we will provide consultancy services for setting up initial data, assistance to user in setting security system as well as supporting the user in operating the system during the test run period.

3. Software Installation We will install HRMS software at customer’s site as creating the databases for both production and testing databases

4. Data Conversation Service Upon requested by customer, we will convert most of the data from existing system to new system which include;

5. User’s Training In order to help user in understanding and using our system efficiently, we will conduct a user’s training as well as workshop to the end users. Two days training are required for each module. Technical training can also be provide upon requested.

6. Documentation In addition to training in class, we also provide the following documentation for end users and technical users to use as their references. - User’s manual (1 copy for each module) - Installation manual

7. Warranty Period Upon completion of system acceptance test, we will provide warranty period for another six months. Work in this period will comprise the following. Provide technical support for both on site and online service in solving the problem during company’s business hours.
