1. Software adaptations
Our development team can adapt the software to customer requirements. Additional development is charged separately.
2. Implementation advice
Advice on preparing initial data, setting codes and system options, configuring security and using the software during the trial is included in the published implementation scope.
3. Software installation
Once the customer has prepared the computer equipment and notified our team, we arrange installation at the customer’s premises. Installation is included in the published scope.
4. Data conversion
At implementation, we convert as much usable data as possible from the existing computer system to the new one.
5. Training and documentation
The published implementation scope provides four training sessions and a user-training class for the purchasing system.
Delivery includes one Thai user manual covering system documents, screens and functions, signing in and operating procedures, database loading and backup, and detailed functions.
6. Software warranty
The published scope provides a 12-month software functionality warranty after installation.
7. Other services
Services outside the agreed implementation scope, including further software changes, are charged separately. Contact our team to agree the scope for your installation.
